Melven Nehleber

President

Melven Nehleber joined AccessOnTime in 2001. As President/CEO, he is responsible for operations, product development/support, marketing and sales support. He has served as COO and CFO for Medicine Avenue; COO and CFO for Advicare, a cosmetic surgical management company; CFO and treasurer of American Marine Recreation (Boat Tree); acting president of Rockport Occupational Network Inc., a workers' compensation and occupational/industrial medical network in Houston, Texas; administrator and CFO for Infusion Plus Homecare; CEO of Hospicenter Inc.; and as the COO/CFO of Genesis Center, a rehabilitation program for people with spinal cord injuries.

Nehleber began his career as an internal bank auditor and practiced in public accounting. He was a consultant for government, business and healthcare companies in addition to holding ownership positions in businesses from the retail and manufacturing sectors. Nehleber served in the USN Medical Corps on active duty from 1969-73. He is a graduate of the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.

Anabela Lima

Business Director

Anabela Lima joined AccessOnTime as director of human resources and administration in November 2004. Assuming the role of director of human resources, Lima serves as a business partner to executives and managers in the application and execution of best practices on process and systems. She is responsible for the leadership and management of human resources and administration. She consults with the management team in the assessment and improvement of the organization’s capabilities to achieve operational excellence.

Lima’s professional experience includes 15 years in human resources, including software development and technology. She earned her degree from Johnson & Wales College and is an active member of several community and professional organizations.

Gene Levulis

Vice President Sales

Mr. Levulis has over 18 years of experience in the Workers Compensation industry with a proven track record of success at each level of involvement. He has developed and implemented sales and marketing programs in multiple industry related service and support companies that include medical cost containment, pharmacy management, diagnostic testing and insurance fraud investigation. Mr. Levulis is responsible for the leadership, training and growth of the nationwide sales team, while developing and refining the company’s overall sales operation. Prior to coming to AccessOnTime, Mr. Levulis held positions of Director, National Sales at Health Systems International of Indianapolis, Indiana; Vice President, of Program Sales at Cypress Care of Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Levulis Military Service includes 17 years of service in the U.S. Army (active and reserve) to include command positions in chemical operations and logistics in both peace and wartime. Mr. Levulis is a Graduate of the Marion Military Institute and has received continuing education at the University of Alabama.

Brehon Roberts

CPA, Director of Finance

Mr. Roberts oversees all our accounting, audit, billing, collections, payables and financial interactions related to our parent organizations and related reporting consolidations. Mr. Roberts has been a Florida CPA for more than 20 years. He has expertise in the Healthcare Industry including Continuing Care Retirement Communities, HUD Housing projects, Home Health Agencies, Hospice Care, Hospitals, and Skilled Nursing. Well versed in all aspects of Not-For-Profit Organizations including reporting, foundation accounting and gifting vehicles including charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, pooled income funds, 401k audit process and compliance with DOL rules and regulations.

Mr. Roberts received his BSBA from the University of Central Florida. He is a member of both the Florida and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Erik Johnson

Senior Director of Technology

Erik Johnson is responsible for technology vision and leadership, developing information systems to support business operations and customer relationships. Prior to joining AccessOnTime, Erik held senior positions in information technology and served in roles dedicated to national security.

Erik holds a BBA in Banking and Financial Economics from the University of North Dakota. His 20 year business career spans manufacturing, healthcare, banking and high technology sectors where he has consistently advanced business goals by implementing technologies that streamline processes and drive revenue growth.

Bringing his business, technology and security experience to AccessOnTime, Erik's goal is modernizing the transportation and language services business while maintaining the core values that make the company successful with its customers.
